AKAI NOT RESPONDING

I purchased an MPK mini and I was very excited to use it and the software it came with. I went to put the activation code for Hybrid in my iLok and it said the authorization code has already been used. I've emailed AKAI twice, I've called AKAI twice, I've emailed AIR music tech and called. I just want an activation code that works so I CAN USE MY PRODUCT.
