I’m frustrated

i am using my registration code and it's saying that it has been activated too many times. i don't understand whats going on

i had updated my ilok. when that took place none of the things worked for my mpc x anymore. prior to that i had to get a new mother board so that may have something major to do with the problem. it only gave me a 7 day trial period with my creative fx bundle. I expected so much more for my purchase. can you guys help with this?

    Software authorization claims are not handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Akai Pro Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.


    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.
