I’m totaly fed up

Ilok No internet connection

I’m trying to install mpc 2.5 for the last 2 days and it comes up at the final run mpc box as Ilok no internet connection I have turned off my firewall and checked the lan tabs on all my internet browsers I have just spent all this money and can’t even use this mpc software with my live need help please

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. It sounds like iLok needs to be reconnected with the database. The PACE software connects your account with the iLok database to authenticate licenses. In this case, you may need to simply restart the Pace service in the Control Panel. To do this:

    1. Go to Control Panel and click on Administrative Tools and then Services.

    2. Click on Pace License Service and then Start Service at the top left of the window.


    Follow this helpful tutorial for further assistance in navigating to your Service Settings:

    If you are still having trouble, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the PACE software. You can uninstall the software from the Apps and Features in your desktop settings. Click on PACE License Support Win and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and reinstall the PACE software.
