I’m confused and fairly frustrated

Issues with activating Software on my new computer

Hi, I bought my Akai Advance 49 a few years ago before the 3.0 updates I now since then have bought a new computer and wish to transfer all my Sounds and package that came with the purchase of the Akai advance professional 49.

I started by downloading iLok on my new computer and activated the codes on the new computer And then de-activated them on my old computer (I also Uninstalled all the programs) To prevent the activation limit from reaching the limit 2 per sound program.

But when I had downloaded all the sounds and needed to type in the activation codes they were denied cause the activation limit had been reached.
On my iLok account, it says that there still is one activation left on each of the software but it still doesn't allow me to activate them.

I need help requiring new codes or help with activating the codes
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And yes my computer new computer does meet the requirements of all the software.
I'm using Windows 10 64-bit

I have searched and looked at guides on the website but the videos that AKAI has uploaded are outdated since they updated their website. hopefully, this catches their attention and they'll upload new guides that match the current Web layout.

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Software authorization claims are not handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Technical Support inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Akai Pro Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.

    Our support team will be able to clear or renew any code authorizations for use on your new computer :)
