Midi Mapping

When can we expect Midi Mapping in MPC 2.0? It's very frustrating knowing I'm limited to the equipment I can use just because Akai hasn't developed the capability of MPC 2.0 to map external midi controllers and mixers, especially when 100% of the equipment I own is Akai branded (Akai Advance 49, Akai MidiMix, MPC Studio) . Can this be a feature developed within the next possible update or be requested for? The absence of midi mapping in 2.0 is a huge flaw.
