Mpc Live external storage.

When you have the MPC Live in controller mode will you be able to save all created content data (software plug-in's, effects, etc) to an external hard drive plug into the back of the unit, or will you have to save through the computer. Just wondering because of the number of USB 3 plug-in's on my laptop and a limited ssd.

    Thanks for posting!

    The MPC Live has a 2.5" SATA port for installing an optional HDD or SDD right into the unit itself! In addition to that, the MPC Live has an SD card slot and USB-A ports to connect flash media. Keep in mind that VST instrument plugins you use with the MPC 2.0 Software on your computer will be disabled when using the unit in standalone mode.
