MPC Touch - Not connecting after Windows update

After windows 10 had an update recently my mpc touch isn't able to connect due to the drivers not being compatible anymore. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. Anyone know how long until they get updated? I literally just bought a new laptop to use for my mpc and now I can't even use it.

  • Hi Chris,

    Thanks for posting!

Are you referring to the Display drivers? There have not been any major issues with this, though some users have reported that they needed to update to the latest available driver from DisplayLink.

If you're having trouble connecting, follow the guide below to uninstall your current displaylink drivers (use the cleaner if necessary) and then download/install the latest Windows 10 drivers:

Also, it's not uncommon to need to reinstall drivers after updating Windows. It does happen sometimes. We have not seen any issues with any other MPC Touch drivers and the latest Windows 10 updates. If you still have trouble, let me know and we can look deeper. It's likely system specific.

Let me know if this helps!

  • I tried to update my display driver but it said it was up to date. I even downgraded my windows build but that only made it worse. I ended up formatting my pc and it worked out for me. Thank you for the reply.
