Mpe support

Idea for next release.
Could you implement mpe/mpe+ to add expressivity to this wonderful mpc live ?
The idea is to connect a roli seaboard / continuum / and the future osmose from haken and expressive E
It’s really important for me and for the future of Akai !

    I think MPE can only be implemented after this issue has been solved:

    However, if that issue IS solved you can hack basic MPE quite easily by simply creating various tracks with the same program but different MIDI input channels. Not full MPE (and not Haken's MPE+ for sure) but it will get you quite close.

    Have my Linnstrument on standby :-)
