i use an mpc60 as my master midi machine, and want to use the live as a secondary midi controller/module while playing samples.

    how is the live doing in slave mode? is it locking steady against the 60?
    do y warp samples or clips or audio in the live ? (when slaved)

    Thanks for posting!

    The MPC Live is not able to receive multitimbral MIDI. Any MIDI data sent on channels 1 through 16 will be globally received on the currently selected Program. Be sure to submit this as a feature request with the MPC 2 Software's built-in feedback module. The feedback module is represented by a smiley icon at the lower right side of the software next to the browser icons. This information goes directly to the Akai team for consideration!
