I’m frustrated

De-register Akai Advance

I am selling my Advance 61. I contacted support to make sure that the software could be activated by the person who purchased it, and to make sure my registration/activation has been removed. It's been about a week and I have not heard back, and the phone number disconnects after several minutes of waiting.

I think the buyer should just be able to download and activate the software with the authorizations I provide but I need to confirm this to avoid any potential problems.

Please help me get my product unregistered/deactivated. Thank you.
