Respect to the support crew at Akai Pro and happy holidays !

Just some respect to the support staff ! you guys, Eliza recently seems to be doing a lot of heavy lifting, haven't seen Nick much lately.. but, regardless... you're all doing a great job in helping people, dealing with hoards of frustrated customers can't be easy.. and with all the frustration that's vented on you guys it does offer the engineers some level of protection from the angry mobs... so 3 cheers to the support staff & Happy Holidays !
