Second Screen, Mouse, and Keyboard

So there are three questions/suggestions here

Can I use a mouse and keyboard with the MPC Live/X?
Would be very handy for navigation and nomenclature

Could I use an iPad as a second screen?
Would be great to be able to have lets say the piano roll screen on the Live
And then have a Mixer screen on an iPad

And that leads me on to asking whether there is a horizontal track mixer ?

    Thanks for posting!

    The MPC hardware will not accept a keyboard or mouse as a peripheral for inputting text or navigating through menus. The touch display or buttons are used to navigate through menus. Additionally, there is no support for connecting external displays like an iPad or otherwise.

    The MPC's track mixer is formatted in a pad-style orientation and looks like this:
