Software Authorization Assistance: 2nd Owner MPC Renaissance. Is there an EXPEDITED process to clearing the 'Older Activations?'

I have purchased an MPC from a fellow musician, who failed to "CLEAR" the "Older Activations," thus creating a situation of "Wait & See" for me, e.g. waiting for tech support to 1. Read my request and 2. Answer and assist my authorization issue, as well as EVERY OTHER individual in a similar predicament.
It seems logical (to me), that
Akai "Professional" should create an EXPEDITED process to clearing "Older Activations;" taking into consideration that there is an enormous market for used Musical Instruments & Hardware.
In addition Musicians, both Novice & Professional are investing their time, money, energy and belief in the AKAI brand. The least the company could do is assess the situation, decide whether the issue has 'priority.' If so, address the issue, create a solution and work to reduce the large amount of the negative feedback from the frustrated buyer. Some of the "Posts of Frustration" are funny, while some are laughable' and others are greatly concerning-with the common denominator being that a lot of people are experiencing the same problem.
Please get this fixed.
Just a thought, Thanks for reading.
