I’m frustrated

touchscreen wont work and menu wont browse either

i purchased the Akai Touch 3 weeks ago and i cant get it to go to the next page on the hardware nor does the touchscreen work at all i sent it back to the store and of course i was sent another one and i have the same problem im ready to give up and return it for a refund because i cannot get it to work for me
im giving up on the product

    Thanks for posting!

    That doesn't sound like a hardware problem. It sounds like the Touch driver wasn't installed or there is a conflict with another device or driver.

    What operating system are using? Version of MPC? Does the MPC GUI appear on the Touch when you open MPC? Does it respond when changing to different modes in the MPC software (i.e. sample edit mode, pad mute mode, etc.)?

    Please make sure that the MPC Touch is connected directly to your computer (no USB hubs) and make sure to disconnect other USB devices (especially touch devices) and try different USB ports.
