I’m frustrated

Wobble wont authorize, cant we get software that actually works for a change?

Why include software if we cant use it or authorize it?
Wobble, wont authorize, the Noise, doesnt work, the Wub, doesnt work, the 809. still cant drag and drop samples to a pad.....I really dont get why you guys insist on including so much garbage that doesnt work. Whats the point?

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Software authorization claims are not handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Akai Pro Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.

    Our support representatives will be able to renew your authorization code for Wobble. I suggest giving them a call directly though so they can quickly assess and resolve the other software issues you are experiencing.
