Changed reply in topic of Broken sensor plate by Vincent Moto to Dude that sucks what kit was it that you purchased because they did make different triggers for the MK2 Pro the pads are little different the sensors they have little plastic clear sensor base inside now but even on them they're cracking just returned my whole kit I hate having to return it because I really love the kit it really looks nice but the pads suck dude like the internal parts I think Roland has the best parts if Alesis would just go head and change the trigger mechanism there using inside they would be running the market right now because the look of their drums are awesome they're trying to cut Corners why cut Corners charge a couple extra dollars and upgrade their triggers man make it better.. they would be running the electronic music game right now but they're coming in with average triggers and Roland has the best but they give you small pads and nobody wants to play small pads Alesis has the right idea but they're holding back for what reason I don't understand I wish somebody was listening and paying attention they're losing a lot of customers just like with the strike kit the time they get that right with the hi hat settings Pearl will have locked the market down cuz they're sitting back watching everybody make these mistakes good luck my friend.

Changed reply in topic of Is the Alesis Vortex keytar still in production? by Ryan Ruckus to Bill we continue to go in circles here with you giving us no real answers. You tell us to contact the dealers and the dealers (Sweetwater) are saying: <br /><br />"Due to unforseen production delays, Alesis is not expecting to ship any Vortex shipments until sometime in early 2018. "<br /><br />So give us a straight answer here:<br />Is Alesis, the manufacturer, having production problems with the Vortex Wireless?<br /><br />We all already know that no dealers have it right now. Contacting the dealer is useless. So are you going to own up to your manufacturing problems and give us an estimate when you will have the Vortex Wireless back in production so that you, Alesis, can ship them out to the dealers?<br /><br />This is not a dealer question this is about Alesis manufacturing capabilities.<br /><br />Are you or are you not still producing the Vortex Wireless?<br />Are you or are you not having production problems?<br />If you are still manufacturing them, give us an estimate as to when Alesis will have them produced so that you can send them to the dealers?.
