Headphones work fine elsewhere. Every volume adjustment is at max but I can't hear what I'm doing over the sound of hitting the pads. Any help is appreciated. by Jordan Johnson to Kit has been great for over a year.. But today I am barely getting sound out of my headphones and no sound out of my powered monitor. I've checked all connections. Headphones work fine elsewhere. Every volume adjustment is at max but I can't hear what I'm doing over the sound of hitting the pads. Any help is appreciated. Update : I have double and triple checked all connections. Factory reset module. Still no changes. Module is updated to 1.4.

Changed reply in topic of Alesis Nitro Mesh Hi Hat Behaviour by Criss to Hello, Dan

Thanks for posting!

If you press the HH pedal with your heel and immediately release it to get a "Splash" sound, you will hear the spring underneath the pedalboard spring back up. In our experience, this is not any louder than the pads when they are being played with sticks :) If you feel like the HH pedal is louder than the one in the store near you, there may be something loose in the pedal causing it to be a bit louder than usual.

If this is the case, please contact our UK support team. You may need a part replacement.

INMUSIC BRANDSEUROPE

Unit 3, Nexus Park

Lysons Avenue

Ash Vale

Hampshire GU12 5QE

United Kingdom

Tel: +44 (0) 1252896040

eusupport@numark.com

If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please let me know via this thread :)

Thank you for your patience!

.

Changed reply in topic of Cannot hear AUX input through Surge Mesh module by Criss to Hello, John

I would recommend using a different source of audio for testing purposes, I'm sure a friend or family member can let you borrow one. If that does not work, try a new AUX cable so we can rule that out. If that still does not work this would point to a hardware issue, if you are within warranty you will want to contact our support team to see how to move forward.

Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction!

Here is the contact information for our support team:

The USA Support Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm EST (not including holidays or weekends) and can be reached at 401-658-3131.

If you'd like, you may also contact us by submitting a support request:

Alesis Customer Support

Hope this helps!.

Changed reply in topic of Strike Multipad lighting features, controlling external LED’s by Criss to Hello, Christopher

Thanks for posting!

There is no DMX control available for the Strike Multipad at this time. The light behavior will solely depend on the internal parameters, so it will not receive or send lighting control messages. Though that is not a bad idea :) I would be happy to submit this as a feature request to our team.

Hope this helps! .
