Alesis Midiverb 4 Backlight is very dim

Hello,
I have an Alesis Midiverb 4 that I have owned for years. I have not turned it on or used it for a long time. I just recently started using it again. Everything works perfectly on the unit but the backlight on the display is very dim. I don't recall it being like this when I used it several years ago. Is there a way to adjust the brightness of the screen or does the bulb need to be replaced? Like I said the screen does light up but the brightness is just not there.
Thanks,
Jameson

  • Hi Jameson,

Thanks for posting about your legacy MIDIVerb IV.

It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
