I’m Sad because i loved those monitors

Alesis mk ii active studio monitors, problems...

When i bought them they worked wonders... until they didnt.
Basically one of them lost all high end (tweeter frecuencies)
That was a long a go an have since written for technical support, no succes there...
i guess it is because they have released the 3th genetion....
But giving me no information what to do/ where to take them so they cab get fixed (only one has th problem, but they are supposed to sound as similar as possible)

Anyway if any one can help me it would be appreciated
