Change in reply by Bill R. to Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I'll be happy to help!

Does this happen with multiple plugins? Have you tried with different USB cables, ports, or different computers?

Let's run a test to see if the controller is sending MIDI data correctly. You can use MIDI-Ox (Windows), or MIDI Monitor (Mac). These programs will let you know what MIDI information the keyboard is sending.

Let me know how it goes!.

Changed description to two notes sound the same. Example: D6 sound like D6 and D#6 at the same time. Is it a problem of the keyboard?
