  • Hello, Chaitanya

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that, I would recommend restoring your piano back to factory settings :)

"To restore your Recital to the factory default settings, hold the Reverb and Chorus buttons while poweringon the Recital digital piano. The following parameters will be reset to their default values: Reverb, Chorus,Metronome Tempo, Metronome Time Signature, Metronome Volume, Upper Volume, Lower Volume, SplitVolume, Split Point, MIDI Channel, Touch Sensitivity, and Auto Power Off. "

    Hope this helps!

  • I tried doing that while powering on but it kept on playing music for long time. No change in functionality of volume knob

  • Hello, Chaitanya

Sorry to hear that! It sounds like the keyboard needs to be serviced or replaced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
