Hello,
Thanks for the post. I'd like to help! I'm sorry you couldn't find this. Its pretty easy. Use a printer cable to a USB B to A 2.0 cable. Simply connect one end to your DM6 USB module (you must have the USB version for computer use), then the other end to your computers USB port. You'll have to know some knowledge recording MIDI to map sounds to your module. If you don't, I recommend you spend some time online research "connecting MIDI to a computer via USB". -

"IF" you are attempting to play your DM10 kit to the music on your PC,
I solved this problem! Cost is about $5.00 including tax!
Go to your nearest 99 cent store, and; purchase the following:
1.) 2 Headsets - about $2.00
2.) "Y" splitter cable - about $1.00
3.) Two (2) 4 foot cords with jacks on each end 1/8" - about $2.00
Hookup as follows:
"Y" cable splitter into Module Headphone output.
Connect 2 head phones to "Y" cable. One for you, one for your lady (grin).
One end of 4 foot cable #1 into PC Audio Out Jack.
One end of 4 foot cable #1 into Module Mixer Input jack.
One end of 4 foot cable #2 into PC Mic. Input jack.
One end of 4 foot cable #2 into Module Output jack.
Play your music on the PC.
Play your E-Drum Kit.
Adjust PC and Module volume's as needed.
You will hear both your PC's Music and Your E-Drum Kit in the Head Phones!
I think, you can even record - given you have an application to do so!
Another way of doing things is with the purchase of:
An Alesis Phonolink! Cost should be about $25.00!
Has left and right RCA type female jacks, and;
plugs in PC USB! ... - WORKS! -

But how can I use it as a MIDI drum kit?
I can already use the audio output, but with MIDI I could use other sounds.
I would also have a much better recording quality with MIDI.
In fact, I already know how to connect it to my computer, but I don't know any software I could use for it.

You should be able to use virtually any DAW with the module. Refer to my image below on how to send MIDI data from the module:
