controlling a Micro B II Module with my Alesis Vi25

I just purchased a Vi25 controller that I'm trying to use with a Voce Micro B II sound module to control the presets. Does the Vi25 have the ability to make program changes 0-35 and if so how do I program it to do so.

  • Hello Wally Koziel,

    Thank you for posting!

Yes, the VI25 can send Program Changes in a few different ways.

    1. Using the buttons
    2. Using the pads.

You will need to use the VI25 Editor to make the necessary changes to your controller.

Here are the downloads for the Mac and PC versions of the editor and here is a video explaining how to use the editor.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.

  • There in lies the problem. The Micro B II has presets 23-36 that can only be accessed thru a Midi Controller. I mam new to this and whatever I have done so far has not worked. Will the changes all be sent thru one button or one pad if so what do I use to change from one preset to the next?
