I’m sad, upset, disappointed

Crimson 2 bass not responding

I have been unable to play my crimson 2 set since November 2018 due to knee surgery and recovery.

I was super excited to get behind the set for the first time since last year, and about 5 minutes into playing my bass drum stops responding. I unplugged the cord and put it into another drum to check it, and that worked fine. Advise, on how to get this fixed.

  • Hello: the same thing happened to me but with the snare drum and the solution it was sent to the technical service for repair since it was still under warranty. That the drum has worked by placing its cable in another drum, makes you see that the problem is not of the module of your kit, but that the problem will be of the drum. Luck

  • Hello, Marlene

    Thanks for posting!

Sounds like your kick cable is working fine, you may want to test the Kick pad with another cable to see if it triggers. If it does not, please contact our support team to see what they can do in regards to a replacement if you are within warranty.
