I’m frustrated

Cymbals dead in Stereo L/R

A brought a Strike Pro Kit for band practices in my house just to maintain my family's sanity. So it gets used 3 hours, every other week or so. My drummer came in today and started playing with some dials to deal with volume and sensitivity. Next thing I knew there were no cymbals in the mix.

Triggers react on the screen and I later discovered everything is fine via the headphone out but still no cymbals in the Stereo L/R output. I've reset the unit, re-installed firmware update 1.4, even changed some wires but no luck.

Is there something buried in the menus that I don't know about that maybe my drummer touched? Why wouldn't it go back with a hard reset?

    Sorry you're having issues with your Strike Pro Kit.
