I’m frustrated

How to diagnose and repair no velocity QS 8.1.

Opened up case, all wires (connectors) seem to be hooked up properly to upper and lower key registers. Performed reset , global settings are set the same as my other (back up) QS 8.1. Still, I have no velocity sensitivity or after touch. Does anyone have help on how to diagnose and repair no velocity on a QS 8.1.?
