I’m extremely frustrated

Is anyone else unable to get through to customer support?

I contacted customer support a week and a half ago regarding a dead kick pad on my surge mesh kit. I just bought it and out of the box it didn’t work. Automated message said allow 24-72 hours, it’s been well beyond that. Is anyone else unable to get a response? This seems like terrible customer service.

If anyone has direct contact information to give or can trouble shoot how to fix it myself since it doesn’t feel like Alesis is going to help it would be greatly appreciated.
