MidiVerb Display Lights are Out

Is this something that can be serviced by Alesis? Or is it cost-prohibitive?

I've emailed customer support but have not received a reply. I called customer support but remained on hold for quite a long time and then gave up.

    Thanks for posting. I'd like to help. First, lets try reinitializing the unit. If your using a MidiVerb III, press INT PROG and STORE. The LEDs will show --- and return to 000 in about two seconds and then finish its process. If your using a MidiVerb 4, press PROG and D. The display will read Initializing then finish its process.

    If you perform the steps above and it doesn't rectify your symptoms then it sounds like your MIDIverb may need to get serviced. To speed up your repair process and eliminate calling Alesis, contact one of our authorized non warranty repair facilities to help you out. I've listed our current service centers below.
