Midiverb4 Problem Help Please!!!

hey guys Mac here I have a question. I have a Alesis Midiverb 4 Processor and I'm not getting a reading from it on the Left or Right channel what could be my Problem

Hello,

Thanks for posting about your legacy MIDIVerb 4.

Can you confirm the specs of the power supply you're using? If you're located in the US, you should be using a 9V AC power supply.
