I’m frustrated

My Elevate 3s have no sound

Just brought a pair of Evevate 3 montors and when to plug them in blue flashing light and then no sound. After I unplug then and plugged them back in no blue light or sound. help!!

    Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Elevate 3s. Have you tried using another power cable or outlet with your speakers? If so and you're still experiencing issues, you may need to service your speakers. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction to help you out!  Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty Claim or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto www.alesis.com/support.  Select Warranty Claim or Service Inquiry from the drop-down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office. An experienced support agent can assist you over the phone. Their office contact numbers are listed on that page.
