I’m frustrated

No sound from SamplePad 4

I've tried the mono and stereo outs as well as the headphones just to be sure.
Neither the stock kits nor the SD Card loaded sounds will play through any of the outputs

I have factory reset it to no avail as well as changed cables just to cover my bases.

This was a recent purchase and not sure why this would be happening.
any help is appreciated :)

    Sorry you're having issues with your SamplePad 4.

    It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
