Only blue screen in sample pad after changing screws.

I changed the screws of behind because the ones that came are very short to put the module mount, and i used another longer.
I screwed the new ones, and when i turned the power on, LCD only shows a blue screen, without any parameter or character.

What could it happen?, Is the circuit broken because of that?

Is it possible to fix it?

Is there any technical support in Madrid (Spain) to fix it?

Thanks in advace

    Hello,

Thanks for posting! I would like to help you out. It sounds like your product may need to get serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction to help you out! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty Claim or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto www.alesis.com/support. Select Warranty Claim or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office. An experienced support agent can assist you over the phone. Their office contact numbers are listed on that page.

    I hope this helps!

The Same thing happened to me, you have damaged the circuits inside as the screws are too long, if Alesis provided customers with screws or they at least provided customers with the information on which screws to use or even made the product so it wasn't possible to damage the inside with a screw then that would be a massive time saver and less inconvenience for everyone... but I guess they can make more money from people damaging their products and having to buy new ones or paying for repairs...
