I’m frustrated.

Problem running two Alesis V-25s simultaneously

Hi there,

I'm having a lot of trouble getting my laptop to run two Alesis V-25 MIDI controllers at the same time. I'm using Mainstage to run three keyboards, two of which are the V-25s, when I try and play them my laptop thinks they are the same instrument so they play simultaneously (thusly making it impossible to use them for different patches/sets).
I've gone into my Audio/MIDI set-up and tried to rename them to something unique but they're still both only being registered through Port 1 and I can't move one of them to Port 2. When I delete the V25 in the Audio/MIDI set-up in the hope of adding the two keyboards manually and separately they're not recognised at all.
I've been told I might be able to fix this issue using the V-25 Editor, but I can't seem to get that to open, perhaps my operating system is incompatible? I'm using Mac OS X 10.6.8. Unfortunately upgrading my operating system isn't an option, but I'm desperate for a fix to this issue.
I posted this as a question on the support page on Friday but still haven't heard back, despite also chasing yesterday in messages on social media.
Please help.

Keyboards: Alesis V25 (x2)
Operating System Mac OS X 10.6.8
