Samplepad Pro loses the USB connection.

Greetings from Russia.

A month ago my Samplepad pro began to cease to transmit midi commands via USB to the PC.

Bought in July.

I connect it to usb port, it is determined in the system. I run the program and start playing. After an undetermined time, from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, midi commands cease to act in PC. However, in the system device still appears without problems.

I tried to change USB cable, USB ports, and even connected to another computer.

The problem still remains.

Also, I was testing it with the help of USB monitoring.

The program displays the packages on the usb ports.

When Saplepad Pro stops working, the packets drops to zero.

After reconnecting the USB cable, the device works fine again until the recurrence of the problem.

In addition, with the emergence of this problem, the device no longer automatically disconnect after 30 minutes of inactivity. Despite the fact that the corresponding option is set.

If need be, I can record a video of how it happens.

Thank you.
