I’m Frustrated

Strike pro New issues with volume

Kit has been great for over a year.. But today I am barely getting sound out of my headphones and no sound out of my powered monitor. I've checked all connections. Headphones work fine elsewhere. Every volume adjustment is at max but I can't hear what I'm doing over the sound of hitting the pads. Any help is appreciated.

Update : I have double and triple checked all connections. Factory reset module. Still no changes. Module is updated to 1.4

    Sorry to hear that happened to your module! This sounds like a hardware issue. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here onthe forum but I can point you in the right direction!

  • Ok. I called at around 1pm. Left a message. No call back. Just called again. Waited on hold for ~30 minutes, was told by the recorded voice to leave a message and was promptly hung up on by the system.. So far off to a bad start. I'm trying to be patient here, but I rely solely on this kit. I need answers.
