  • Hi Andrea,

    Thanks for the post. I'd like to help! Lets just make sure you're adjusting the volume properly on your module. To adjust the volume of the Pattern and/or the sounds from the Kit that you are playing, follow the steps suggested below:

    Adjusting Pattern Volume

    * Double-press the PATTERN button.
    * Use the +/- buttons to adjust the pattern level.
    * Adjusting the Kit Volume

    Adjusting the Kit Volume

    * Double-press the chosen Kit button.
    * Adjust the level with the +/- buttons
    * The setting will save automatically after 4 seconds.

  • I know how to adjust pattern volume and kit volume. The problem is: cymbals volume is low compared to toms and snare. I dont know how to adjust ONLY the cymbals volume (if it's possibile).

  • Same problem: all the cymbals are too quiet and almost inaudible over the drums. Everything else sounds clear and beautiful, but the same symptom appears on all kits - almost no cymbals until I'm hitting them so hard you hear an insanely loud pop on the cymbal rubber. There is no way this can be used to play along with others. The rubber pop is the loudest thing in the jam. Who is that crazy weirdo banging his knuckles on the table?

    Closing the hi-hat with the controller is the loudest part of using the hi-hat - I almost don't hear the open strike at all. Way out of balance. Could there be a firmware update for this, please???
