I’m frustrated, angry

My SamplePad Pro has 2 dead pads

Hi ! In less of one year two pads are dead. I tried all you recomend and nothing! I use it every weekend with my band shows. I so unsatisfied because I bought it thinking that it will be a professional product and now, looking all the problems that too many people have with it I think that this product is badly manufactured and defective as standard. What can I do now??? I need it every week for my shows and I can’t loose time with repairs without guarantee of success. Piezo electrics must be of poor quality...

  • Hi Rai,

Sorry you're having issues with your SamplePad Pro.

It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.

  • Thank you for answering, but my pad is no longer in warranty, and apart I can not be a month at least waiting for me to repair it since I use it every week at my concerts. I bought this pad waiting for a professional and reliable result and after looking in forums I've noticed that there are many users complaining about its poor quality and durability, apart from the users who have sent it to repair several times and always go to fail. It is a poorly designed product that has gone wrong for you, and as a great company that you are, you should have replaced all the units to all users. You only need to look at the recommendations that you give about the product, such as not raising the sensitivity to avoid the cross-talk or the type of support that you have to use. This indicates that it is a fudge from its designers and that you have not responded as you should with your clients. I know I will not get my pad replaced, but I would be embarrassed to have so many customer complaints and not do anything about it. Last time I bought an alesis product.
