  • Hello,

Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Please in the future, refrain from using vulgar language. To help answer your question, there are no drivers to find on the internet for this module. The DM10 module is simply plug and play, class compliant. Simply connect your module to your computers USB port. It may take a few minutes for the computer is read it. If you continue to have issues connecting this to your computer, try different USB ports on your computer too. Refer to your User Manual and in the MIDI section, it talks about connecting this to a computer. Lastly, your serial number is on the bottom of the module. It starts with (21). Make sure when you try to register your product, you enter the (21) too.

  • Hello and I apologize if this is considering necroing a thread,
BUT, I am having this exact same issue. I bought my Alesis DM10 Studio Mesh Kit on 3/4/16 and I cannot connect my Alesis DM10 Module to my 64-bit Windows OS. It says it's "Installing Drivers", but the installation always fails.
I have my Utility Settings on the module set appropriately with the Manuel's recommendations as well.

    Thank you for your time,
    Sam
