What is "Disallowed Key Characters" and why aren't the links working on the Allmusic website?

Many artist pages give the following error: "Disallowed Key Characters."
The page does not load. For example, http://www.allmusic.com/artist/lone-r...

Hi Zac,
Happy New Year!
You have any idea yet how long this could take before it gets fixed?

Hi Yuan,
Are you still seeing it (as of Thursday)?

Yes. An example is:
http://www.allmusic.com/album/joseph-...
The COMPOSER and the COMPOSITION levels are OK--it only happens to the RECORDING level.

Yes. An example is:
http://www.allmusic.com/album/joseph-...
It only happens to the RECORDING level and does not affect the COMPOSER and COMPOSITION ones.

Another question: Are you getting this error only while using Firefox?
Or does it happen in other browsers as well?

We're still working on this, but it appears to have something to do with how browsers are maintaining cookies (which sounds delicious but really is causing us headaches).

If you are bothered by this "Disallowed Key Characters" issue, please delete your cookies for AllMusic.com and the issue should resolve itself.

It is with both browsers and it seems to have stopped. Deleting the AMG cookies was just a temporary fix.

I had been having this problem for days as well and am using Chrome. I just deleted cookies and browser history and it seems to have fix it for now. Will check back if not.

I'm trying to look at a group's discography, and when I click on the album title, I just get a blank screen with 'disallowed keystrokes' written at the top.

Disallowed Key Characters, only thing i see on 70% of the links within the site. Have always enjoyed everything about your site, like a lot of the new look, but getting sick of the endless dead links. Any plans or ideas?

I would like to know if it is just a problem with my browser, or a global issue, but whenever I use Google Chrome on my Mac, and click on an album review I get a blank white page saying "Disallowed Key Characters." Such as when trying to access: http://www.allmusic.com/album/sugarin.... When I put that same link into Safari, everything works fine. This has happened before the site redesign, as well as after. Any info would be appreciated.
