My watched shows disappeared and I can’t log on with Facebook. I am getting an error saying my credentials are not valid. This app was working earlier today. I deleted and reloaded the app several times and it still doesn’t work.

This happens now and then. Hopefully they know about it. Did you just upgrade your OS? I just did and now my shows are gone, too.

I didn’t upgrade my OS and have had the same issue. I had been using the app without issues all morning then suddenly I opened it again and it was all gone, but I haven’t changed anything in my phone.

It’s frustrating as I watch so many shows I can’t remember where I am in each one without SR lol.

This happens far too frequently. Is it always a security certificate issue? It should be something your company knows it needs to renew and stays ahead of. It wastes a lot of time and frustration for users. SideReel used to be awesome but has been having more and more issues leaving me to wonder if I should look for another app or solution because today was especially bad. Appreciate you checking into this and thinking about how to stay ahead of problems as much as possible unless you're ok with losing users (maybe you are, don't mean that sarcastically, I know sometimes it's all you can do)

I have to agree. This does occur far to frequently. I will give it one more try but if this occurs again I will be forced to find a new app and give this one a bad review. Thanks
