Arrow and iZombie won't track properly

I am trying to report a problem I am having with my Arrow tracking, but it won't let me post a problem.

After half a dozen attempts.  I posted that in frustration and it went through of course.  My real problem was about tracking on Arrow.  The latest eps is not showing up in my tracker and it says I am up to date.  But when I go to the Arrow page it shows an unwatched eps from 2/24.

Hmm, I'm not sure what the trouble might be with GetSatisfaction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

With regard to Arrow, try untracking and retracking the show and see if that resolves the problem for you.

I have untracked and retracked Arrow with no effect.

Try unmarking the episode from 2/17 and remarking it as watched, then reloading your tracker and see if that resolves the problem.

A lot of data and caching goes on behind the scenes and every now and then a user can get into a weird state with respect to a particular show, but we will help get it resolved.

That was the first thing I tried.  The rest of my shows that aired on Wednesday night showed up without any issue so I was confused as to why Arrow would act differently.

I am having the same problem with Arrow. My tracker says "up to date" even though I have an unwatched episode from Feb 24. I've tried untracking/retracking, and unwatching/watching the previous episode.

Thanks, Nora, if you could also send your account info to customer_support@sidereel.com we will look to see if there is some pattern that is creating problems for users who are tracking Arrow.

Hi Nora, we are checking it out right now. If you don't mind, please leave the Arrow 2/24 unchecked for the time being, that would help us as we look into the problem.

We manually fixed both of those, so it should work properly now. Please do let us know if it recurs for those shows or any other!

It looks like there may be an internal problem with Arrow at the moment. Our IT team is looking into it, and will let us know the outcome.

My tracker tells me that I am up to date with iZombie, but have not yet watched S02E14 (which is marked unwatched). I want it to tell me that S02E14 is my next episode, but it won't? Its hard to see what I do and don't need to watch when its like this.

Some shows are not showing up on the tracker list. For example I should see the latest episode of Arrow from last night on the tracker list as unwatched. It is not there. I have to go to the shows page to mark the latest episode watched. This has been happening with a couple of other shows in the last week or two,

The tracking for Bitten is not working properly. It keeps showing me the "You are up-to-date!" message even when I have not marked the newest episode as watched & my calendar is showing that the 4th episode of the current season is airing at 10am today, February 26(a Friday), when the 3rd episode of the current season hasn't aired & isn't due to air until Monday, February 29, per the network it airs on & the episode list contained on your site. Also, it shows on your sight for the show that it airs at 10am on Mondays, when it should be 10PM on Mondays. Thanks!

10am is clearly a mistake! According to Syfy, it airs 11pm (10pm CT). We will correct this right away.

To all encountering this issue, we've manually corrected iZombie, Arrow, Modern Family, and Bitten while we get to the root cause of the problem. Please try marking those as watched and verifying your tracker seems to be working properly for those shows.

If anyone sees other problem shows, please report them here.

In the meantime, we will be working on a permanent fix.

Thank you for the assistance.  Arrow is now showing up in my tracker properly.  If it is at all helpful I also track iZombie and Modern Family, but did not experience the error with their episodes this week, just with Arrow.  Thanks again.
