Can't access Links for ALL side reel shows

I logged into my account today Nov. 14, 2012 and went to the show I am tracking and searched links. I cannot access any links it doesn't allow me to choose it, like there isn't a link there or its frozen (the arrow cursor not the hand cursor) and I can't click on the second or third+ pages for more links. The Ads are all over the page hiding text and links and some of the site looks Beta, but some of it isn't. I have tried restarting, clearing history, cookies, caches, etc. I have signed out and in multiples times still I can't watch any shows through any link on Sidereel (even ones I'm not following).

Hi!

Could you both try the site again, and let us know if the issue is persisting. Also, if you have more than one browser on your computer, could you try accessing the site with a different brower (i.e. Chrome, or IE), and let us know if you see the issue there as well.

Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

As I mentioned below, we need a little more information in order to pinpoint the problem.

Could you tell us:

* The URLs you are seeing this on
* Exactly which browsers and which versions of those browsers you are using
* What OS your computer is using
* Whether the problem is intermittent or consistent
* And where you are located. (US? Europe?)

Thanks!

Hi there--

We're still trying to pinpoint the problem, so some additional information from you might help. Could you tell us:

* The URLs you are seeing this on
* Exactly which browsers and which versions of those browsers you are using
* What OS your computer is using
* Whether the problem is intermittent or consistent
* And where you are located. (US? Europe?)

Thanks!

Hi there

I'm facing the exact same problem. Here are the info requested:
- On the links pages for every show. The display seems off on the whole website but it still allows me to click on most buttons. When I reach the links page, I can no longer click on it (similar to what Lisa Marziali described)
- I'm using Safari 6.0.2
- Mac OS X 10.8.2
- Problem seems to be consistent
- Located in Morocco but I've been using Sidereel for over 2 years now and I've never had this problem before

I am seeing this problem persist on all the show URL's here's an example of one.
As Sally said above I can click on most of the site until I got into the links page and then I can only click on the "tracker" button at the right top under my username and the Sidereel Homepage Logo on the left top.
I am using:
-Google Crome lastest version of 23.0.1271.64
-Safari Version 5.1.7
-Firefox- 16.0.2
- MAC OS X 10.6.8
-The problem is consistant, whether its a show I track or not, but it just started the other day (Monday, I watched a show just fine)
- I am located in British Columbia, Canada

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem. My screen looks like Lisa's. I have two computers, with 2 different o/s ( W7 and XP) and it's the same on both. I have IE and Firefox on both computers, and it's the same on both browsers. I am in Canada, in BC.
This happens on all the pages for all the shows......here is the URL from one page
http://www.sidereel.com/the_neighbors...

I've used sidereel for a couple of years very happily, and problem free. Now I'm super bummed and frustrated.....very frustrated.

Hi,

Would any or all of you mind trying again? We are working to diagnose this issue but it doesn't seem to happen from our location, so it's difficult to determine if it has been fixed.

Please be sure to shift-Reload in case your browser has cached the page.

I'm so sorry that the site is loading poorly for so many of you. We are working hard to fix it!

Thanks!

Zaz

I am just wondering that just only yesterday all the links for all the series that I used to watch such as the X-factor, project Runaway, The Biggest Loser, The Walking Dead, and Survivor Philippines are not working anymore. I mean its not clickable and there is this thing as "flagged for removal". Why did it happened like this?

I have uninstalled and installed each of my browsers and the only one that is now working is Firefox. I am realizing it's having some glitches while the program plays (it doesn't matter what link I watch it in) slow video, stuttering, etc.
The other browsers, Google Chrome, Safari. It still doesn't work right.
I am not a fan of Firefox, but its working for the moment!
