Can't confirm my sidereel account

I can't login my sidereel account, it asks me to confirm my account, and I get the e-mail to confirm, I click the link and type my username and password, but after I try logging in, again it says I need to confirm my account, which I just did.

What is the username and email address on the account? I can look it up and try and figure out the issue.

I have the same Problem,
I have to confirm my account and I receive the email to do so, even though the page says" Error sending confirmation, email not found"

edit: I have no Problem with the iPhone App

Hi Sebastian,

I updated your address and a new confirmation email should be on its way to you.

Sometime we have issues with Hotmail accounts moving SideReel emails to the Spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don't see it in your In Box.

Also, you must click the link from within that email account for the confirmation to work.
