can't get to my tracker :(

I've logged out, restarted my computer, cleared my cache, and used firefox, chrome, and internet explorer and get this message "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." This has been happening for three days. Please help

Have you connected your account with Facebook or Twitter? Are you trying to log in with just your username or via one of those connections? Thanks!

I have been trying with a username. I have never used the facebook connect feature

Also, try checking Facebook and Twitter on the browser you're trying to log in to SideReel on and log out of those if you are logged in then try again on SideReel.

I took a look at your profile, and all your shows are still there. Can you make sure you are logged out of Facebook and Twitter on your browser and try logging in to your account with your username again? Let me know what happens when you do that.

So I logged out of facebook and tried again to log in and no luck. I don't have a twitter account so that wasn't necessary.

Can you send over a screenshot of the error you receive? Is it when you attempt to log in, or only when you try to go to your profile specifically?

I am able to sign in without a problem, when I click on my name, or click profile to get into my tracker I get this screen:

Just updated to the new firefox update today and I tried logging in and it worked :)

unfortunately the problem has returned it only worked that one time and i deleted history, cookies and etc

I can log in just fine but whenever I click my profile or to my tracker I get the screen with then "internal error..."

I login using my facebook and I'm having the same issue. When I click on my name to get to my tracker I get An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.

Browser is Google Chrome 14.0.835.163

Hi Michelle, have you tried accessing your tracker from a different browser just to see if you encounter the same issue?

I'm having the same issue. I can log in, but I get the same error: "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." when I try to access my tracker. I don't use Twitter or Facebook connect. I have tried on the following browsers:
Chrome 15.0.874.24
Opera 11.51
Firefox 6.0.2
Safari 5.1

Sometimes I luck out and it will let me in but when I close the page I can't get back in. This has been happening for a while now.

Hi Megan,
Turns out that the server can't handle all the shows you're tracking and is timing out before it can load! Our tech team is looking into fixing the problem for you.

Ah! Thanks for looking into this! Can you tell me what the limit is? I have been using this as a way to keep track of shows I want to watch too so that's why there are so many!

There isn't a specific limit - it just has to do with load time.
