I can't watch anything. When I click an episode, the only button that comes up is the add link one. The rest are just blank boxes.

The new version of the site that was launched today may be just running a little more slowly as we continue to make updates. Try refreshing the page and the "search links" button should appear. If that doesn't help, please let me know what browser and version you're using plus if anything else seems to not be working. Thanks!

Are you still not seeing the "search links" button?

Same thing. Tried yesterday evening and this morning. With different shows and episodes. Refreshed. Nothing makes it show.
I am also using IE 7.

I tried entering using Safari (is it normal for the site to switch to the old version if I'm not logged in?) and the links showed. So it's apparently a browser support problem.

Yes, the site will show the old version for a little while if you are not logged in. Thanks for letting us know that the button for links appears in Safari, but not IE7 - I'll make sure our engineers are aware of that issue.

Hi, I've been using sidereel for a while now and watched a few episodes and it worked fine, but now all of the sudden there are no links available on the shows I've been tracking. Usually when i go to a spesific episode there is something that says : "get more links" and that takes you to all the links of that spesific episode. This button has dissapeared now and on all the episodes there are no links available, it only says : "add a link". What should i do and what is wrong? Please help. Thanx

When you open an episode, you should see a big blue "search links" button. It seems it's not loading properly in IE7, so if you're using IE7, try a different browser and you should have better luck.

Since sidereel has changed to the new version, I can't see any links under any episodes other than the featured episodes at the top of a page. If I'm watching Grey's Anatomy, and I go to season 3 episode 5 for example, when I click into it there is nothing but empty boxes. It seems to be the same for all episodes. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried clicking on the "Search Links" button? You will see the number of search results next to the button.

where have the links gone? I can't find the other links 'button' for the most recent eureka and vampire diaries - it says no links avaliable but thats jus madness... I undestand why you would want to improve the site which is great but you need to make sure the basics are covered before you start getting complicated

We're aware of the issues in IE7 and our team is checking into them. For now, it works on any other browser, so we recommend using another browser for now.

Do you have another browser like Firefox or Safari on your computer? If not, it's just as easy as downloading it and opening it to use. Here's where you can download:
Firefox - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Safari - http://www.brothersoft.com/safari-for...

I just recently created an account, and I can't seem to view any episodes. For example, True Blood season 3 episode 1 "Bad Blood", I click on 'search links' and select a direct link to the video, but then a little box pops up like this. It says I've just finished watching the episode when all I want to do IS watch it.

Please help.

When you choose a link to watch, it should open in an entirely new tab or window -- not on the same window as the link list. The "Welcome Back!" screen appears on the same page as the link list, so in other words, it shouldn't interfere with the separate tab that opens up with your viewing option. When you click the watchlink, no new window or tab opens?

Well, a new window does open but the episode/video player doesn't come up, instead, I just get a bunch of advertisements.

Hi Aliza,
The watchlink that opens in the new window will often have its own advertisements associated with it (as you're going to a different site by clicking the link), but if you feel like the watchlink is broken or spam, please feel free to report it directly at spamsucks@sidereel.com, or by clicking 'mark as broken link.'

I just registered. No link I click on any Green Room pages starts a viewer of any kind (specifically, Season 2 Episode 1). What am I missing?
