Erroneous episode names

Thursday's episode of The Mentalist was entitled "Where in the World is Carmine O'Brien?" (Carmine, not Carmen) and Wednesday's Mythbusters' episode was called "Flying Guillotine" ... Next week's episode is "Drain Disaster"; and then it's "Location, Location, Location" the week after that.
