KEEP GETTING "ERROR CONNECTING TO SERVER". Now I cannot get to my calendar at all. This is only happening on my phone--Galaxy S III

Also, this is the second time I've put this question out there. How do I get back to my original question to see if anyone is having the same problem? I don't see anywhere to sign in or look at my previous entries.

No, it is not fixed. I can get to calendar now, but I cant' see any info on the shows, cannot select last episode, can't mark any of them watched. I can only which of my shows came on that day. My sister has an iPhone and she got an upgrade for hers today and hers is back working. I do not have an upgrade. I turned my phone off and back on. I even uninstalled sidereel and reinstalled it and I still get the same "error connecting to server". This is extremely frustrating.

I think it's time to say sidereel is not compatible with Androids. It has been another week, and still no fix to the problem. This one is still marked solved and it's not. I'm starting to lose faith that it will ever be fixed.

Today we have released an update to our site that should correct any issues you all are having with our Android app when using the Tracker. Please feel free to add you comments to this issue should you encounter any Android errors again.

Hello, I have a problem with my sidereel's app for android. Everytime a try to select a show from my tracker a window appears and says "Error while conecting to the server". I've tried to reinstall the app but I continue with this problem. What can I do? Thanks.

We are actively working to correct the issue with the Android SideReel app. A solution has been discovered and we are working on the update. An update should be available shortly.

Trouble updating mobile app show tracker.


Whenever I try to open a show in the tracker menu from my android mobile app I get an error "Error connecting to the server". I receive this message wither I am on a strong 4G connection or a strong WiFi connection. The only way for me to update my shows tracker information is by loading the full website.

Can't even get far enough to log in. Checked the website. It says they're upgrading. Don't know how long that's been going on.

Why are some shows not included? I watch Revolution, but it's not listed.

OK I have just got this problem on my Android Galaxy S4 so what is the fix? The app was working great since I installed it sometime in the spring (about 4 to 5 months ago)
