confused - you are calling me JCS when my sidereel name is JanetS2 - do I have two accounts?

Hi Janet, did you have a SideReel account and then try to connect with Facebook? If you were trying to connect your already created account with Facebook, you needed to have been logged in under that username so the system would recognize that you already had an account to connect with. If you clicked the Facebook Connect button on SideReel while not logged in already, then Facebook assumes you don't yet have an account on SideReel, so it creates a new username for you.

If you think that's what happened, I'm happy to deactivate the username you don't want. If you haven't used Facebook Connect, then let me know and we'll see what else the issue might be.

1. My account name is JanetS2 and it keeps prompting me to send my email address so that I can receive email notification of my forthcoming programmes, but when I do it says that my email address is already in use. I only have one email address which is jcsullivan44@yahoo.co.uk. I therefore wonder if I have two accounts which need to be linked into one - but I only know of the JanetS2 account.
2. Perhaps for this reason some of my choices are not appearing in my tv schedule although I have selected them several times.
