I've been having fun contributing posts to SideReel, but I'd love to add images to them too! How do I add an image to a post?

To add an image, try the following:

[Image:http://www.sidereel.com/image.jpg | width=100px | height=200px]

You can adjust the width and height to its original size, or to whatever you'd like it to be. If you don't want to worry about if you're guessing both right for the image to look good, you can just add | width=100px and the height will size itself accordingly.

Be careful not to make the image too large, as it might overwhelm your post or the page. If you don't add the size, it will show up as its actual size.

I am new at this, and this doesn't answer the question for me. Can you give a step by step? Where would one post the image to then refer to it?

Hi there, can you be more specific about where you're trying to post an image? The explanation given above works in any post you make around SideReel including News, Reviews, and Discussions plus works if you're adding an image to a show page.
