I cannot post any reviews.

For a few days now, I have been unable to post any reviews on episodes I have watched. I use Firefox on my laptop. I tried with a different browser (Windows Explorer) and I tried it over my cellphone (regular browser, Android). Nothing. Won't let me post anything. I can click on "review" and it opens. I can click on the stars and give it a rating. I can write the comment. But when I click "submit review" nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug somewhere?

Hi Kerstin! Sorry to hear you're having trouble reviewing episodes. We're working to replicate this issue. In the meantime, could you tell me your SideReel username?

Hi again! Have you recently installed any browser add-ons or extensions or ad-blockers? Sometimes an out-of-date extension will interfere with certain pages fully loading properly.

I don't have any extensions or add-ons - as far as I know. And I know I have not installed any. But just to be sure, how do I check for them?

Which browser are you using? Is it up-to-date?

One of the easiest ways to check is to try the same activity with an incognito/private window, and if it works, then it's a reasonable guess that something added on the browser is interfering, and you'll know where to start troubleshooting.

I use Firefox. I checked and I am up-to-date with my browser. I also opened a private window, logged into Sidereel and tried leaving a review. Couldn't do it. Same as before. I can write but I cannot post.

Still canot get it to work. I cleaned Firefox. Tried it. Nothing. I downloaded Chrome. Tried it. Nothing. I took Firefox off my laptop, powered it down, started it up again, downloaded Firefox all new. Tried it again. Nothing.
How come I can post reviews over the standard browser on my cellphone, but I cannot post anything over my laptop? I just don't get it.

So strange! Can you do us a favor and send a screenshot of what happens before and after you attempt to submit your review? As TV Queen mentioned, there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with your actual account, so it seems as though something is preventing the page from loading properly that we have yet to identify. So sorry for the inconvenience while we try to sort this out!

I took a couple of screen shots trying to post a review.
This is from my page, before I do anything.

And this is what happens when I click on the stars for a rating and then click on "post review" - nothing. The cursor stops blinking and nothing happens. Not even if I forget to give it a rating with the stars. Usually it gives me an error message if I forget the starts. I don't even get that one anymore.n I cl

When you could successfully post reviews previously, did you have (what I assume is) McAfee extension installed? I know my Norton extension interfered with a lot of websites, until I just got fed up and deleted that part, and the problems stopped.

I have McAfee WebAdvisor on my computer, but I deaktivated it. But I still cannot post any reviews. And I am pretty sure I had the WebAdvisor running when I was still able to post reviews.
I have no other add-ons on my Firefox.

Hi Kerstin! I noticed you were able to successfully post a review in the last 24 hours — did you do something differently? http://www.sidereel.com/tv-shows/shadowhunters/season-2/episode-14/reviews/132433

I am able to post via my cellphone. Maybe the issue is with my laptop. I will check on another computer to see if I can post there.

It does lead to the conclusion that something on your laptop is interfering with your browsing experience. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible for us to troubleshoot it long distance, other than making the standard suggestions to clear cache and cookies, etc.
